No. SWAT is a civilian workforce company. The name stands for our ability to deploy rapidly and get the job done right in residential and commercial settings.
Do I need professional experience?
Not necessarily. While some specific trades require experience, we value grit, reliability, and a strong work ethic above all. If you're willing to work hard, we have a place for you.
What kinds of jobs will I do?
We handle a variety of hands-on tasks. Assignments range from property cleanup and demolition to painting, pressure washing, and general industrial labor.
How are assignments matched to me?
During onboarding, we assess your skills, experience, and reliability. You'll only be assigned to jobs that fit your capabilities and safety training.
Do I need to bring my own tools?
For most assignments, all necessary equipment and safety gear are provided on-site. If specific personal tools are required, we will communicate that well in advance.
How quickly can I start working?
Our onboarding process is built for speed. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you can start taking on assignments almost immediately.
